Oregano is a popular herb found in most kitchens across the globe. Although it's mostly known as a culinary herb, its uses are not limited to the kitchen, as it can be used to avoid seasonal illnesses and to aid in relieving achy joints and muscles.
Essential oils are powerful and they love absorbing into your skin. Putting pure essential oils on your skin can be too much of a good thing. That's why we dilute them with a carrier oil.
 
A carrier oil is a vegetable or seed oil (like coconut oil or almond oil) that can safely dilute an essential oil for topical use. Use this dilution chart to help you create your own essential oil recipes that are safe to be used on your skin.

Black Pepper, Cajeput, Chamomile,Citronella,Dill,Eucalyptus Lemon, Geranium, Marjoram, Pine, Rosemary and Thyme.
-Main Constituents: Carvacrol, thymol.
-Dilution Rate: 1% or less.
-Kid Safe: May be used on children 10+.
-Pregnancy Safe: No.
-Breastfeeding Safe: No.
-Dog and Cat Safe: No.
